The photo shows a broken slider piece of the window. The brand is Certain Teed. I'm looking for a replacement for it. Please let me know if you carry it.

We sell the modern Certainteed brand 15-192 pivot shoe. This may work for you, but keep in mind that the newer model has protrusions on the front face. I've been told by past customers that these can sometimes get in the way during installation; be prepared to file them off if necessary. Just note that any part altered in this way cannot be returned for a refund.
We also sell the Series 170 coil spring, 15-156 cover, and 15-157 bushing separately. Assuming that the shoe is the only piece that broke, though, then you can just reuse all that.

If I provide the dimensions of the existing sash, can I replace them? The frames of the windows are in a very good shape. Sashes are worn out. Is it possible to just change out the upper and lower sashes, both?

We don't sell replacement sashes of any kind, unfortunately. We can only supply balances. I apologize for the inconvenience.
