Hardware on the window says "Heritage Gilbert Arizona". We have a number of these that need replacing

I can't find anything for this part so far. Can you send some detailed dimensions to help us search? As well, do you know the manufacturer of the window? I'm not sure if the name on the hardware (Heritage) is the name of the window manufacturer, since manufacturers usually buy hardware from third-party companies. See if you can get us any more details, and come back!
