We need some replacement parts for our sliding windows. Also if you have suggestions on how to adjust tension on the windows.

We'd like to see photos showing the part completely removed from the window.
As for adjusting the tension, that is not possible on their balance, since it is a channel type, If your balances are failing, then you may want to consider replacing them. Please remove it from the window and send us photos showing the entire balance.
