Window snap-in glazing

I'm trying to locate replacement snap-in glazing and have attached three photos (top, profile, and a picture of a window with the glazing installed). By my measurements, the overall width of the glazing is 13/16" and the snap-in side is 1/4". The color appears to be a dark beige. Home Depot sells windows that they refer to as a "clay" color that appear to be the same shade. Any suggestions?
