Window spiral balance pivot lock shoe for Devon? Double Hung Window

Question

Im guessing. My double hung kitchen window made a snapping sound and fell like a gillotine. I took the part out and It's what I wrote in the subject. It's made by Devon or Devan window who went out of business 10-15 years ago. My window is 17 years old. IT's actually the silver cylinder on the right that cracked in half on both sides. The little piece of paper that was shoved in the part says.

Devon went out of business. ABC of Bridgeport can't help me.
