I am looking for a 3 window spirals balance and 3 top locks. Please include price how long for shipping and if you have the piece can i place the order over the phone.

Good morning, you can certainly place an order over the phone. You'll need the 90-031window lock as a replacement for your discontinued, single hung Keller window. For the balance, you can use the S303-19. Good luck with the repair!
