Window spiral balance and pivot shoes

Quick Learner from Southport, NC
I'm unable to find the window manufacturer on my windows so I'm unsure of which parts to get to replace the pivot shoes and spiral balances. The balances are 28 inches for the tube length, 5/8" diameter and a blue tip

Original poster here - I may not need to replace the pivot shoes. But I'm unsure if I'm measuring the correct length of the spiral tube. The original tubes almost have this this plastic/vinyl so I cut some away to see the true length of the tube. What should I be measuring here for the length?

Hello,

Take a look at the (5/8") S600-28 blue tip spiral balances for tilt windows. You'll need to measure the plastic housing tube of an intact balance from the other side to ensure you purchase the correct length.

If you determine you need the pivot shoes as well, we would need to see yours removed from the window, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness. That would help us narrow down your options. See the additional videos related on this page to assist you. Thank you!
