Hello!
It looks like you have a tilt window spiral balance, such as the Series 900 (3/8" diameter tube) or Series 600 (5/8" diameter tube). Can you remove your pivot shoe from the window and write out its thickness and width? We carry a variety of pivot shoes and those dimensions will help us narrow down some options.
