Hello there! Thank you for reaching out to us. When determining the length and diameter of your balance, you want to make sure you're measuring the outer tube. That would be the white tube shown in your photos but we recommend measuring an undamaged version to confirm.
From the looks of it, you have either the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 5/8" diameter Series 600.
