The coil supports in your photos remind me of our 15-186 and 15-181 which are used with the Series 190 coil springs and 15-180 shoe. Compare the specifications for these parts with your old hardware to see how they match up. 

If it's damaged, you would need to replace it. Check for a stamped code on the band of the spring. That usually indicates what weight you'd need. If there isn't a code, get back to us with the exact sash weight and we can calculate the appropriate coil spring weight from there.
