Window spring

A home owner from Arkansas says:
My single hung window. On the right side the piece that the spring attaches too broke so the spring won't stay attached anymore. And the string is very loose.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but in order to identify a replacement, we would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window, including any attachments on the top or bottom, and the stamp on the metal balance channel. Thank you!
