Window spring

Hi there, I took two pictures of the spring needing replacement. The metal tube measures 30inches with a red tip shown in the photos. No visible markings or prints on them.

Hello!
The balance in your photos looks like either the Series 900 (3/8" diameter tube) or the Series 600 (5/8" diameter tube). However, I'm afraid I can't identify the pivot shoe from these photos. Would it be possible for us to see one in undamaged condition, removed from the window track? It'd be helpful to know the written-out thickness and width as well.
