We'd be happy to look into this for you but we are not able to identify your balance based on the photos you've provided. If you could show us the top and bottom fittings of your balance fully removed from the window, as well as the pulley clip, we can go from there. Thank you!
It looks like this balance uses the 19-041 top fitting. We don't sell a stock balance that uses this top fitting but we can still supply them through a custom order.
To get started, please measure the bottom shoe as shown below and confirm the depth of your fitting.
We'll also need to know the exact weight of the window sash your balance support since your stamp code is from an outdated system. Lastly, please tell us the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two.
