Window spring

Hello, I am looking for replacement springs for the attached pictures on double hung, tilt in windows. These are from United Doors and Windows Series 5900 built in 2007. Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! Your window balance can be replaced with the S775-28 Channel Balance, with a 28C stamp. To determine the exact replacement match, you'll need to remove the balances and confirm the width measurement of the shoe. There is a video tutorial, tagged below, with instructions on how to install them.
