Window spring

Quick Learner from Irvine, California
This spring arm balances or holds up the window when in the open position. There is one on each side of the window and I have a broken spring in one of my windows that needs to be replaced. The arm itself is 18" long including the plastic fittings on the end and 17" for the metal part only. It looks like you sell this part - how much would this cost to ship to Irvine, CA and am I better off buying one or two at a time?

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-17 or S385-17 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2650 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

There should be a code stamped on the balance channel, which you'll need to choose the corresponding strength option. Once you add the balances to your cart, you'll be given multiple shipping options to choose from at checkout. Keep in mind that it is important to replace both balances in the window at the same time. Thank you!
