Window spring say j 23-2. Metal without plastic peices are 23-7/8".

Your balance resembles the S377-24 with 2320 strength options. Review the specifications to confirm it's a match. Also, note that the metal channel should measure exactly 24" long without the end fittings. Thanks for posting!
