Thanks for posting! This is a special type of balance that we will need to custom make, but thanks to your picture of the number I'm confident we can help. Could you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I can send you a special order link that you can use to add the custom balance to your cart.

Hi Tom,

I ordered the window spring from you a few months ago. I still need to order a window track for the spring piece. Attached is a picture with and without the window track. Can you help me to find out what item to order?

I'm not sure what you mean when you say a spring track. Do you mean the cover that snaps over the balance? I'm afraid we don't sell balance covers.
