Hi there!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a spring strength option of 2640.

My channel is 5/8 wide and the plastic guide at the bottom is just over 1 inch. If I get the right one, I'd like to get 4 of them.

If your bottom nylon shoe is 1" then you'll need the S380, if it's 1-3/32" then you'll need the S385. You can also place an order on our website at your convenience.
