Window spring assembly

I have a window with a manufacturer sticker on it identifying it as a DH-C40. The spring assemblies on both sides are toast. Attached is the information printed on the spring assembly. Is this enough information to identify a replacement? Please let me know. R/glenn

Hello!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with this but we'll need more photos to ID your balance. Can you remove the assembly and show us close up photos of the top and bottom fittings? We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.

Thank you! I recommend our S380-27 or S385-27 with the 2660 stamp option. The difference between these parts is the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.
