Window spring balance

Question

The channel is 9/16" and the length of the channel without the plastic ends is 24". It is marked 23-2 DD5 CMC 87. The window sash weighs 10 pounds.

I wish your pictures on your web site showed the plastic ends in detail so I could see the match. There are 2 or 3 that look nearly the same.

See either our S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Carefully compare both with your old balance to determine the best match. You will need a stamp option of 2320. Let us know if you have any questions.
