Window spring balance coil parts for both sides of window to keep it raised

Hey Joe. It looks like from what I can see that you might have a 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This shoe works with our Series 190 Coil Balances. You'll have to remove the shoe to confirm this. See this video below.
