Attached is a picture of 2 parts that need to be replaced.
Description: The windows are wood double hung windows with aluminum jamb liners and a spring balance. 1970's vintage.
The 2 parts in the attached picture:
1. The plastic part fits into the side of the sash near the bottom and the sash chord attaches to it.
2. The metal part fits into the plastic part, hangs down a little below the bottom of the sash and serves as a takeout clip.
These are the 2 parts I am looking for.
Could someone at Swissco who has been the with the company for a long time or who has a lot of experience with window and balance parts please look into this for me?
