Window spring balancer

The metal part is 13.5 inches and it has a stamp 13-2. I think the replacement part is S385-14 option 1320. Is that correct?

Thanks for reaching out. The S385-14 would not be the correct replacement balance, unfortunately. You have an Extended-Travel balance which has the wheel in the bottom shoe along with a hook attached to it. This will need to be a special order balance.
To confirm pricing and availability I'll need to know the exact number of balances you are looking to purchase.
