Window is a Milgard in a house built in 2003. Both are broken. The number on them is 32 9 kv cmc 2.
We need two of them.

I think our S385-33 would be a good match. Look it over and see what you think. I also recommend weighing your sash on a scale to confirm the best option.

Ours are 26 4 JU CMC 2 and 32 4 JU CMC 2, but I don't know where to find them. Could you please help?

Can you please send us pictures of your balance? I'm afraid the serial numbers you listed won't help us identify which balance you need. Once we get your pictures, we will be able to identify which series you have. Thanks!
