Window spring balancer stamped 31B

Question

I have a vinyl window that has a tilt sash and does not stay open. I would like to replace the balancers on each side and pivot shoes

Thanks for posting! The window balances you are searching for will need to be a custom assembly due to the shape of the shoe attached to the window balance. I'm happy to provide you with an order link for the replacement balances but I'll need to see a photo of the shoe removed from the window.

The stamp on your balance differs from our stamp ratings, so I'll also need to know the weight of the window sash.
