Window spring cap

A handy person from Jupiter, Florida says:

Hello!

The pictures are of the plastic cap that attaches to the window sash. It keeps the spring between sash and the frame. I have several of these caps that have broken this allowing the spring to release to the top of the frame and not keep the window open. I have no idea as to the brand of my windows as the contractor installed of 18 years ago. They are single hung and do not flip down for exterior cleaning.

Is this a part that you carry?
