Your channel balance resembles the S770-28 (28B). As for the pivot shoe, take a look and compare the specifications of the 15-167 to yours.

Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for the pivot bar but our 26-368 may work in its place. We also have the 26-021 which may possibly work better. Look over the dimensions below to determine which would be the best replacement.
