Hello,
This specific style of spiral balance isn't made anymore but we think you can use the 5/8" diameter S500 non-tilt spiral balance as a replacement. We've used this system to replace hardware like yours for many years. I also recommend a bottom bracket like our 17-012. Take a look and see what you think.
