Window spring replacement

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you remove the window sash and show us a shot of the full pivot shoe assembly? 

Thank you kindly! Your pivot shoe looks like a match for the 15-087 that uses the Series 180 coil springs (sold separately). You'll also have to check if there's a stamped weight code on the tongue of the old coil spring.

Please see the S180-04 4-pound coil spring. If you have two 4-pound springs on each side of the window, this will total 16 pounds of overall support.
