Window spring replacement part 32-5 CA2 CMC 4

Question

Hello,
I'm looking to replace this window spring. See photos.
The numbers printed on the metal of the part is: 32-5 CA2 CMC 4
The length of the metal part of the spring part is: 33 inches long

It looks like you have either a series 380 or series 385 channel balance.

The difference between the two series balances lies in the bottom shoe.

Comparison of the S378, S380 and S385 balance shoes.

The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated.

If you measure your shoe as it is pictured here, you should be able to determine which one you need.

Once you determine which series balance you need, you will choose the 33 inch balance with the 3250 stamp option.
