Window spring string broke

Question

The only markings on the channel is "25-3 EI5 CMC 50"
Looking to replace the string or whole channel if string is unavailable. The width is 1/2" and 26" long.

It's tough to make out based on these pictures, but see our S385-26 channel balance. This may be a good match. I would just make sure the nylon caps on either end match up.
