Window spring and attach pin bracket

Question

I am trying to find the attached window spring /balance and bracket that attaches the window balance to the window sash pin.
The channel the spring goes into is vinyl. There is no outside metal covering the spring. The windows are wood double hung. I believe orginal to the house. About mid 90s

Hey there. This is a jambliner balance system that we cannot replace. However, contact a millwork in your area. They should be able to replace this entire setup for you. I apologize we can't be of direct help, but best of luck with the repair.
