Window spring and track broken

A home owner from Janesville WI says:
Tilted my window open to clean and the spring broke. It closes but I can't reopen it at all without it falling off

From what I can see it appears the only part that is broken is your pivot bar. We would like to see a pivot bar that is not damaged removed from the sash with measurements.
