Thanks for reaching out! There is a good chance that we can supply you with the replacement coil assembly needed for your windows, but I'll need to see a photo of the assembly removed. Unfortunately, the window channel obstructs the view of the entire part, which make it hard to make a proper recommendation.
I have no doubt that you will need to replace the assembly, especially given that the coils are damaged. However, I would also be sure to double check if your sash has tilt latches installed at the top corners. These also help to keep the window secure, when unlocking it, to ensure that the sash does not fall forward. You'll likely need to replace these as well.
If your sash does have tilt latches, I'll need to see a photo of them in addition to the photo of the coil assembly.

Good to hear from you again! Your balance assembly appears to be an older version of a universal support system. That said, our 15-252 Inverted Universal Dual Support should work well as a replacement for your existing hardware.
This support is compatible with the Series 160 Coil Balance. Since your support is stamped with a 13 and the coils a 6.5, you'll need (4) of the S160-06 Coil Balances; (2) for each assembly.
You may also need the 16-032 Mounting Clip.
