Window springs

Question

There are no markings on the parts or window frame. They where purchased in 1988 from Robert C Smith Sales. Apparently they are not in business anymore. They are double hung vinyl windows. They are removable and can be opened and pulled inside for cleaning the outside of the window. They are double pained windows. The spring mechanism is incased in the metal tubes (see pictures). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This looks like a Series 600 5/8" diameter spiral balance with a Blue Tip. Please measure the outer tube length, up to and not including that colored tip, to determine the length of the spiral balance you need.
