The window won't stay up. The window springs are broken on both sides

Your photos resemble the 15-087 housing pivot, which uses the Series 180 coil springs. Look them over and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!

Is there a left and a right or are the universal?

These parts are not handed. You'd use the same assembly on both sides of the window.
