Window springs

Question

hey - i'm looking for two window springs - it's a tilt window - the spring rod is 28" and the tube is 3/8 - also, it has a green tip. Not sure if i need shoes as well. I plan on having a professional install them. Pls advise. thx, norm

Based on the information provided. please review the S900-28 spiral balance with a green tip option. If the pivot shoes are still in good condition, you do not have to replace them. If you find that they are damaged, we will need to see one of them removed from the window with written out dimensions of the width and thickness to determine the best replacement option. Thank you!
