Thanks for posting! It appears you may have the 3/8" S900-27 Spiral Balance. Although, you'll need to confirm that your balance has a 3/8" diameter and a 27" length. The length does not include the plastic tip.

Our Series 900 balances do not come in a black tip, so you'll also need to confirm the exact weight of your sash to determine the weight range it falls between. You'll need the red tip if it falls between 10 to 22lbs and the yellow tip if it weighs between 24 to 34lbs.
