Window springs

We have a 48x48 window that is very heavy and doesn't stay up. The springs seems to have sprung and no longer hold the window up.
Looking for the springs and the pins that hold the window to them.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your hardware looks like a match for the 15-087 and 15-086. The Series 180 coil springs are sold separately. The video below will go over how to pick out the spring weights.

We're happy to ID the pivot bar, but we'll have to see it removed from the window sash, including written out dimensions.

Would you happen to know what weight spring we should go with? These are very large windows, measuring 48" x 48".
I'll work on the pivot bar.

We don't know what spring weight you'd need, I'm afraid. You would have to check the old spring band for a weight code or weigh the window sash on a scale as explained in the video above.
