Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We don't sell this balance assembly as a kit, unfortunately. We only sell the individual components. 

In your case, the pivot shoe appears to match our 15-111. Your first step should be to check to ensure that these two parts are the same. Assuming so, the the compatible spring will be either the 3/8" Series 165 or the 1/2" Series 160. You need to measure the width of the spring band itself to verify the better option. You will also need to get the stamp printed on the band to determine the proper weight option.

Removal of the coil balance assembly is necessary for both steps.
