Window stop

Question

The window stop is broken on one window so the window won't stay up. It appears that metal tension strip is missing (other pic pointing at it in another window for comparison). I do not know the manufacturer of the window. I am hoping to replace that piece so the window stays up and not have to replace the window.

It looks like you need a new coil balance. Take a look at our 15-180 coil balance shoe, which is used with the Series 190 coil spring. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches what you need.
