Window stop

I'm afraid I don't know what kind of vent stop this might be. It's not a design I recognize.

I'd be happy to look into it, but I need to see the original out of the frame. I also need detailed, precise dimensions written out in your response.

Please note that some vent stops can't be removed without breaking them. Just something to keep in mind as you get this information for me.
