Thanks for your post! This piece reminds me of the track from the 39-398 Casement Sash Stop Device (the stainless steel version is the 39-398SS. To determine if this is the correct replacement match, carefully look over the specifications below.
Be sure to double check the dimension for the limit arm as well.
