Window string or sash identification needs

I need to find out my window parts name or brand
I can sand pictures, but I have code which is showing on that parts

It is showing. J 26HD k ( window sash or string )

Thanks for posting! The marking you've provided appears to be a stamp from a channel balance. There is a good chance we can supply you with a replacement for it but I'll need to see a photo of it removed from the window channel to confirm the replacement you need.

I'll need to see any attachments on the top and bottom of the balance as well as any that could possibly be left behind in the window channel.
