We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your balance removed from the window, including the tip of the spiral that anchors to the pivot shoe and the colored piece of plastic at the base of the tube. We'll also need you to confirm the length and diameter of the balance tube, which should measure either 3/8" or 5/8". Thank you.
