Window tension spring

Question

My name is Andrew and I have a variety of vertical windows with missing spring tensioner.  The windows don't have a model number that I can see.  The windows are in decent condition and I would love to just fix this problem.  If you can help me that would be great

Hi Andrew,

I'm afraid I cannot identify the balance series you have using the photos provided. You'll need to remove the window sash and the balance to obtain a photo of it.

Please provide clear photos of the top of bottom attachments along with the stamp/marking on the channel.
