Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see the coil springs, as well as an undamaged version of the pivot shoe that they attach to, removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll relate a few videos on this page to assist you with the process. Thank you!

As we mentioned, we would need to see your balance hardware fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. If you have Certainteed windows, you could start by comparing the 15-192 pivot shoe to yours, which uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section of the 15-192 product page. If these parts match your original hardware, keep in mind that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb.
