It sounds like you need new channel balances but I'm afraid these numbers don't tell us what kind you need. The stamps on the metal channel represents the weight range your balances are calibrated to support. They're not part numbers or anything like that.

We can help but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end fittings intact to compare to our inventory. Take a look at the video below which will walk you through exactly what we'll need.
