Window tilt balance

A quick learner says:
Hello
I have a couple a broken tension bars . Cannot find any numbers on the actual cover for weight but as you can see in the photos it is a double coil and on the coil stay at 408 . The shoe is busted off I would like to see if I could buy the whole entire kit not individual parts. Thanks

The shoe was our 15-192, which uses Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. This system is modular, meaning individual parts must be replaced and it does not come as a whole set. If you're uncertain what spring weights to choose, give me the exact weight of your window sash and I can work it out for you. See the video below.
