Can you help identify this stamp on a title balance ?

I have added the manufacture sticker too? Unsure what number is what?

Thanks for reaching out. I am unable to identify the balance based on the stamp alone as there are a few different balances that have those stamps on them. Also, the sticker of the window does not help to identify the hardware either.

I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see the attachment from the bottom of the balance.
